  • ½ - ¾ C Best Foods or Hellman Mayonnaise
  • ¼ C fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 T leveled, fresh minced garlic
  • Tiny pinch of cayenne pepper (a few grains)
  1. No cooking with heat required
  2. Add ingredients in descending order of quantity in the sauce. Mix well, adjust to taste.
  3. Enjoy with artichokes, asparagus, calamari, seafood, whatever you like.
